1. Who is the data controller

A Caminhos de Alagoas is responsible (controller) for the processing of personal data collected through this website and the Macaiok portal. For any questions about privacy, contact is contato@caminhosdealagoas.com.

2. Quais dados coletamos

• Registration and reservation details: name, email, telephone/WhatsApp, CPF or document and date of birth — necessary to issue the reservation and proof.
• Participant data: em qualquer reserva com mais de uma pessoa, tratamos o nome e — quando informados — o documento e a data de nascimento dos demais participantes, para a lista de embarque e o seguro. Em reservas de grupo ou escolares (Macaiok), esses dados são informados pelo responsável ou pela coordenação.
• Payment details: processed directly by the payment provider (Mercado Pago). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Navigation data: IP address, device/browser type and pages visited, collected by cookies and analysis tools.

3. What we use your data for

• Processar reservas, pagamentos e emitir vouchers/comprovantes;
• Communicate about your reservation (confirmations, reminders, changes) via email and WhatsApp;
• Prestar atendimento e suporte;
• Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations;
• Improve the website and our experiences (browsing data, in aggregate form).

4. Base legal (LGPD, art. 7º)

We process your data based on execution of the contract (your reservation), in compliance with legal obligation, no legitimate interest (improvement and security of the service) and, when applicable, in your consentimento (e.g. marketing communications and non-essential cookies).

5. Who we share with

We only share data with partners necessary for the operation, under obligation of confidentiality: payment provider (Mercado Pago), transactional email provider, hospedagem e infraestrutura, e public authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

At any time you can request:

• Confirmation that we process your data and acesso a eles;
• Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
• Elimination or anonymization of unnecessary data;
• Portabilidade and information about who we share with;

In pedagogical experiences (Macaiok), student data is provided and authorized by the school and/or legal guardian, and used exclusively to enable the contracted activity.
